Album: Silver Falls on the Silver River

The Silver Falls on the Silver River. Take the Skanee Road out of L'Anse 6 miles and watch for the Falls Road and travel about 1/2 mile on a dirt road to the parking lot. The walk is about 5 minutes to the first falls and a path down to the second falls takes another 5-10 minutes. Tricky walking, some climbing up and down rocks. The Silver River flows into Huron Bay on Lake Superior. One of many beautiful falls in Baraga County!
